Ken Chilton has assisted in the successful financing of
many municipal bond issues totaling over $1 billion since
1994. He has acquired experience with many types of bond
issues including: tax allocation bonds, lease mortgage
revenue bonds, single family mortgage revenue bonds, certificates
of participation, and refunding bond issues.
Ken Chilton completed course work and has passed examinations
for the following financial licenses: General Securities
Registered Representative (Series 7), Uniform Securities
Agent State Law (Series 63), General Securities Principal
(Series 24), Financial Operations Principal (Series
27), and Municipal Securities Principal (Series 53).
Mr. Chilton received his Bachelor of Arts with distinction
from the University of California at Berkeley in 1993,
with majors in both Spanish Literature and Political
Science. Upon graduation, he lived and worked in Germany
for two years pursuing mastery of his third language
as well as representing the United States in World Cup
fencing competitions.
